• A 3-D Secure challenge always uses the plugin's own redirect page, so Commerce's gatewayPostRedirectTemplate setting no longer applies to Opayo.

Fixed

• Fixed the payment form for a cart with no billing address calling Customers::getCustomer(), removed in Commerce 4.
• Fixed a 3-D Secure challenge never reaching the shopper when the checkout pays over AJAX, so Opayo timed the payment out (#2). The challenge is now a GET redirect to the plugin's commerce-opayo/default/redirect action, which posts on to the card issuer, so a JSON pay request returns a redirect URL to follow instead of the auto-submitting page.
• Fixed payments and refunds sending the store's currency with an amount in the payment currency, so a store taking payment in a second currency charged the right number in the wrong currency.
• Fixed refunds of some amounts reaching Opayo a penny short (£0.29 refunded 28p), as the amount was truncated rather than rounded to pence.
