Content Ops lets editors and developers change many entries at once, with a preview of every before → after value and one-click undo.

Bulk edit

• A Bulk edit button on every entry index: edit the selected entries, or all entries matching the current view — every page, including your search and filters.
• Set, clear, prepend, append and find & replace text; increase numbers by a value or a percentage; toggle lightswitches; set, add and remove options; shift dates; add and remove related entries, categories, assets, tags and users; change titles, slugs (from a pattern), status, post and expiry dates and authors.
• Stack several changes in one go. Fields that only some entries have show “applies to N of M”.
• Edit fields inside Matrix nested entries, and add or remove nested entries.

Find & Replace

• Search titles, Plain Text and CKEditor fields across sections and sites.
• HTML-aware: only visible text is changed — tags, reference tags and embedded entries are never touched.
• Review every match in context before anything is saved.
• Regular expressions (with capture groups), replacing inside link and image URLs (perfect for domain moves), searching inside Matrix, and choosing individual matches.

Preview, apply, undo

• Every run is previewed first and applied by a background job — no timeouts, flat memory, even for thousands of entries.
• Undo from the History: values someone edited since are detected and left alone (or overwritten with Force undo); undoing relation and Matrix changes only reverses what the run did.
• Multi-site aware: values shared between sites are changed once — never twice.
• Every save also creates a normal entry revision, noted with the changeset number.

AI access

• Connect AI tools (Claude, Cursor…) over MCP with per-user tokens.
• The AI proposes changesets; a person reviews them in the CP and applies them.
• Every AI change is marked, limited in size, and can be undone like any other.
