Content Review
Make sure content gets reviewed, on time, by the right person.
Content often goes out of date quietly. Content Review gives Craft entries a simple recurring review cycle after publication, so content doesn't get published and then forgotten.
When a review is completed, Content Review records it and schedules the next one automatically. Regular email digests and dashboards help to manage reviewable content.
Flexible review schedules
You can:
- set different review intervals for individual sections
- enable Content Review only for selected sites or sections
- assign a different reviewer to an individual entry
- set a custom date for the next review
- optionally disable review for individual entries
- choose how far ahead an entry becomes due soon
See at a glance what needs reviewing
Each reviewer gets a My reviews area showing their overdue, due today and due soon content.
Users with the appropriate permission can also access All reviews for a site-wide view.
Email digests
Optional daily or weekly email digests summarise content that is overdue, due today or due soon.
Reviewers can receive their own digest, and nominated recipients can receive a global digest covering all scheduled content.
Complements Craft's existing workflows
Content Review doesn't replace Craft's publishing or editorial workflow, and it doesn't try to turn content maintenance into a large governance system. It does one job: make sure somebody comes back and reviews the content when it needs reviewing.
