Field and Tab Permissions

This plugin allows you to restrict the visibility of fields and tabs to particular user groups per site. Any element that has a field layout designer can have permissions set on each field and/or tab.

A good use case for doing this is to hide particular tabs (such as an SEO tab to clients), or to give you fine grained control over which users can see what fields. This ultimately allows you to determine the users that can edit particular bits of content on your site.
