Responses and uploaded files are stored in FormBuilder. A separate FormBuilder account is required; the hosted service has a free plan and optional paid plans. This Craft plugin is a free MIT-licensed download. Forms containing payment fields are excluded.
Requirements and scope
Craft 5.11.x, PHP 8.2+, MySQL, cURL and PDO. This release supports public canonical Entries on the primary site with non-translatable FormBuilder fields. It does not support multisite selection, Commerce or user elements, nested entries without public URLs, or private membership content. Verified with Craft 5.11.1 Solo, PHP 8.4.8 and MySQL 9.4.0.
Configure a server environment key, connect it in the FormBuilder control-panel section, add the field to your Entry Type and render it with {{ craft.formbuilder.render(entry, 'enquiryForm') }}. See the documentation for full setup, supported scope and uninstall instructions.
