Formie Rating Field

Formie Rating Field adds star, emoji, and 0–10 NPS questions to Formie forms, then turns the responses into useful statistics and exportable reports inside Craft.

Use it for customer satisfaction, product or service feedback, Net Promoter Score surveys, or QR-linked feedback forms. Rating fields behave like native Formie fields: add one in the form builder, choose the presentation and labels, and let Formie store the submitted value.

The built-in Statistics section calculates the right metric for each rating type. Star and emoji fields show averages, medians, common values, distributions, and trends. NPS fields show the NPS score plus promoter, passive, and detractor breakdowns. Filter by date or site, group results by another Formie field, drill into a group, and export the result.

Rating fields

• Three rating types - star, emoji, and fixed 0–10 NPS.
• Flexible presentation - configurable ranges, sizes, endpoint labels, selected-value labels, custom emoji labels, and emoji render modes.
• Half-star ratings - allow half-step choices when a star scale needs them.

Formie Rating Field is a focused Formie add-on. Formie remains responsible for form building and submission storage; the plugin supplies rating-aware inputs, analytics, and exports.
