Extremely rich feature set, and a long history of being well-maintained and supported.

Major changes in Freeform 5 required a lot of changes (no backwards support) and documentation has errors. Changes costs us a lot of money (clients are not willig or able to pay for that).

My go-to form builder for years now. A lot of features and great support.
