Added

• Free shipping rules for Craft Commerce 5, evaluated in order: blocking rules veto, then the first matching granting rule wins.
• Three rule modes: offer a $0 shipping method, waive the cost of the method the customer chose, or block free shipping outright.
• hideOtherMethods, for stores that want free shipping to be the only option once it applies.
• Free Ride's own condition rules — postal code lists with wildcards and ranges, shipping country, shipping state/province, cart product types (any/only/none), cart contains something related to, largest item dimension, distinct item count, day of week, and time of day — alongside every order condition Commerce already provides.
• Customer conditions, per-site targeting, per-rule date windows, and per-store rules.
• Threshold progress: craft.freeride.progress(), .eligible(), .message(), .explain(), and a JSON endpoint at actions/freeride/cart/progress.
• A simulator in the control panel and at freeride/simulate/order, showing every rule and every condition that was considered.

Fixed

• The Rules screen rendered an empty table. It builds its index with Craft.VueAdminTable without registering Craft's AdminTableAsset bundle, so the constructor was undefined, the JavaScript threw, and the table area was left blank with no rows and no empty-state message.
• hideOtherMethods left another plugin's shipping methods in place when that plugin registered them after Free Ride did. The filter now runs once every plugin has registered its methods.
