Google Analytics

Analytics brings useful Google Analytics 4 performance data directly into the Craft CMS dashboard.

Give content editors and site administrators a quick overview of website performance without needing to visit Google Analytics.

The dashboard widget includes:

• Users, sessions and page views
• Previous-period comparisons
• Interactive page-view trend chart
• Top pages with links to the corresponding website pages
• Traffic sources
• 7, 30 and 90-day reporting periods
• Support for multiple dashboard widgets
• Direct access to the full Google Analytics report

Analytics connects securely to GA4 using the Google Analytics Data API and a Google service account. API responses are cached to reduce unnecessary requests.

Configuration is handled through the Craft control panel, with support for environment variables and built-in configuration status checking.
