Human Reply Live Chat

Human Reply puts a live chat on your Craft site and brings every conversation to your team's Telegram group. Each visitor gets a topic of their own, with a card that says who is writing: the page, where they came from, their language and device. Your team answers from their phones, and the reply shows on your site in seconds. Photos and files work both ways.

The plugin adds the chat to every page your site renders, with one setting: your site key. Keep the key in the control panel, or in .env as $HUMAN_REPLY_SITE_KEY for production sites that lock admin changes. The control panel and previews never show the chat.

How the chat looks, what it says and when your team is available are set in your dashboard at humanreply.app, so changes need no deploy. Seven days free, then $12 a month per site.
