I would expect a low effort plugin like this in the Wordpress eco system. Not as a Craft CMS plugin. The plugin creates it's own language switch in every page and the translations aren't even editable in Craft CMS. You'll have to manage those in the Weglot interface on a different website. Managing content on 2 different platforms is a no go. It ignores the basic functionalities like multi language setups completely. Maybe it can be interesting for quick and low effort websites.
