Order Lifecycle keeps a quiet eye on your Craft Commerce store and records every step an order takes, from the first cart through to payment, refund and beyond. When a customer rings up asking what went wrong, or you're trying to work out why carts keep stalling at checkout, you've the whole story in front of you instead of guessing.

Every order gets its own timeline, right there on the order edit screen. Cart created, line items added and removed, coupons applied, addresses set, shipping chosen, payments attempted and captured, emails sent or failed, status changes: it's all logged automatically, no extra code needed. Each event shows exactly what changed since the one before it, and stores a full snapshot of the order at that moment so nothing is lost.

On the store side, you get proper analytics: conversion rate, cart abandonment, average cart value, how long checkout and completion actually take, payment retries and email reliability, over whatever period you choose. And if you bring your own Anthropic API key, Claude will read an order or your whole store and tell you in plain language where the friction is and what's worth acting on.
